At NeonCrown, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used haircare products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
